OCS Services is looking for a proactive Buyer / Senior Buyer to support the procurement of goods and services across our projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant purchasing aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic Oil & Gas environment, interfacing with project teams, vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do:
In this role, you will:
Procurement Planning & Execution
- Forecast and plan annual procurement activities based on project inputs
- Manage day-to-day procurement activities and proactively mitigate delays
- Ensure purchasing is executed in line with procurement plans, quality standards, and timelines
- Vet purchase requisitions and purchase orders and track them through delivery and quality checks
Vendor & Supply Chain Management
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and develop reliable vendors to achieve cost-effective sourcing
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and a structured vendor database
- Assess vendor performance on quality, delivery, pricing, and compliance
- Liaise between technical teams and vendors to resolve technical clarifications
Logistics & Trade Compliance
- Coordinate import/export activities and logistics arrangements, including global transportation and local warehousing
- Liaise with logistics providers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international trade regulations
Cost & Commercial Management
- Analyze procurement spend and identify opportunities for cost optimization and value creation
- Monitor market trends and material availability to ensure competitive pricing
- Coordinate with Finance for timely vendor payments and resolution of commercial issues
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and audit trails
- Support pre-bid activities by providing procurement inputs to marketing and estimation teams
What We Are Looking For
- Deliver CMMS training programs to end users
- 3–6 years’ experience in procurement within the Oil & Gas industry
- Good experience of local & international trade
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices, contract terms, and trade regulations
- Sound financial acumen and strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement documentation
- Strong communication, coordination, and vendor-management capabilities
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Ability to review and negotiate supplier contracts confidently
