Senior Manager – Legal

OCS Services is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Legal to lead the day-to-day operations of our Legal & Contracts function. This role is responsible for managing legal operations, leading the legal team, driving standardisation initiatives, supporting complex commercial transactions, and providing commercially sound legal advice across OCS’s global operations.

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Senior Manager – Legal to lead our Legal & Contracts team and support OCS’s international growth.

• Lead day-to-day Legal & Contracts operations.
• Manage and mentor Legal Managers and oversee contract administration.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex domestic and international commercial contracts.
• Drive legal standardisation including templates, playbooks and policies.
• Advise business leaders on legal risk, governance and compliance.
• Support major tenders, strategic transactions and cross-border projects.
• Manage external counsel and dispute matters.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Procurement and HR.

• LL.B. (LL.M. preferred)
• 8–12 years PQE with significant in-house legal experience.
• Strong commercial contracts, leadership, governance and stakeholder management skills.

Based in Mumbai with collaboration across international operations. Occasional travel may be required.
