Senior Recruiter, Corporate

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter, Corporate to manage end-to-end recruitment for onshore professional and technical positions across OCS Services. This role is critical in attracting, assessing, and securing top talent for engineering, project management, digital, operations, and corporate functions while ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

This position is ideal for recruitment professionals with strong direct sourcing expertise, experience hiring technical and engineering talent, and the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers across the business.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, engineering, project, and support functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define selection criteria.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement through joining.

• Leverage LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, professional networks, and internal talent databases.
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring engineering and technical disciplines.
• Support critical and hard-to-fill hiring requirements through proactive market mapping.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Ensure timely communication and feedback for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

• Monitor open positions, recruitment metrics, and hiring risks.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment tools, databases, and processes.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

• Graduate degree; Engineering degree/diploma is an advantage.
• 6-9 years of recruitment experience.
• At least 5 years of experience hiring engineering, technical, or project professionals.
• Experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, Marine, Power, or Heavy Engineering sectors preferred.
• Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and direct search.
• Ability to understand engineering profiles and technical hiring requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
