OCS Services is looking for an experienced Site HR professional to support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations at our Mithapur project site.
This role will be responsible for ensuring timely manpower availability, efficient site HR administration, workforce retention, and compliance with statutory and company requirements.
The position focuses on blue-collar recruitment, workforce management, employee engagement, manpower planning, and coordination with site operations to support project execution while maintaining OCS values, policies, and operational standards.

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Site HR professional to manage recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations at the Mithapur site.
This role will work closely with site operations teams, contractors, project management, and the HR Business Partner to ensure workforce readiness and seamless HR support for ongoing and future projects.
What You Will Do:
In this role, you will:
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Manage recruitment activities for painters, scaffolders, fitters, helpers, and other site-based manpower requirements.
- Screen candidates for skills, availability, documentation, and site readiness.
- Partner with site operations teams to understand workforce requirements and hiring timelines.
- Maintain an adequate manpower pipeline and buffer workforce to support urgent and future project requirements.
- Coordinate with manpower vendors and contractors for timely mobilization and deployment of resources.
Workforce Management & Retention
- Develop and implement workforce retention strategies to reduce attrition and maintain workforce stability.
- Monitor workforce availability and utilization on a regular basis.
- Support crew-related management activities and manpower allocation planning.
- Maintain workforce readiness to meet project demands and business objectives.
- Foster positive employee relations and engagement across the site workforce.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage joining formalities, onboarding processes, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance records and coordinate attendance-related activities with HRBP.
- Support payroll processing through timely submission of attendance and salary inputs.
- Ensure statutory compliance documentation and employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities and maintain HR records.
Employee Relations & Site Support
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and day-to-day workforce concerns.
- Support induction programs, safety briefings, and employee awareness initiatives.
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with OCS values and Code of Conduct.
- Encourage discipline, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide HR support for site management, project teams, and client-related activities.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key liaison between site teams, contractors, clients, project management, and HRBP.
- Support workforce planning discussions and manpower forecasting activities.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
- Assist with ad hoc site management and project coordination activities as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience:
- 8–10 years of HR experience in industrial, project, construction, manufacturing, or site-based environments.
- Prior experience working in or around the Mithapur region is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in blue-collar recruitment and workforce management.
- Experience handling large site-based workforces and contractor manpower.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of recruitment and workforce planning for trade-based roles such as painters, scaffolders, fitters, and helpers.
- Knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, attendance management, and employee documentation.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements and HR administration processes.
- Experience in HR MIS reporting and workforce tracking.
- Understanding of industrial and project-site HR practices.

Work Environment
- This role is based at the Mithapur project site and involves regular interaction with site operations teams, contractors, workers, project management, clients, and HR stakeholders.
- The position requires hands-on involvement in workforce management and day-to-day HR support activities.
