Talent Acquisition Lead, India

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead, India to lead and drive Talent Acquisition delivery across OCS Services’ India operations. This role is responsible for building a high-performing recruitment function that supports offshore, marine, engineering, project, and corporate hiring requirements while ensuring excellence in recruitment processes, systems, reporting, and candidate experience.

This position is ideal for a talent acquisition leader with strong Oil & Gas industry exposure, proven team leadership experience, and the ability to combine technical understanding with strategic recruitment delivery.

• Lead Talent Acquisition across India for offshore, marine, FPSO, drilling, engineering, project, and corporate functions.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the India Talent Acquisition team.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning through onboarding and joining.
• Establish recruitment priorities, service standards, and delivery accountability.
• Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with business and project requirements.

• Build proactive talent pools for critical offshore, engineering, and technical positions.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives and represent OCS at industry and networking events.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through agencies, job portals, industry networks, and referrals.

• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment systems, data management, and reporting.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.
• Provide leadership insights, risk assessments, and workforce analytics to management.

• Engineering qualification and/or strong professional engineering background.
• 8-15 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 3 years in a Talent Acquisition leadership or people management role.
• Strong experience hiring engineering, technical, operational, offshore, and project personnel.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and drive performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience within FPSO, offshore production, drilling, marine, or tanker operations is highly desirable.
