As part of its Independence Day employee engagement initiative, OCS organised a blood donation drive in Mumbai in collaboration with Samarpan Blood Centre, associated with Sarvodaya Hospital, Ghatkopar.
The campaign brought together employees who volunteered to contribute to an important community healthcare requirement.
A total of 44 employees participated in the initiative, of whom 30 were medically eligible to donate. The campaign successfully collected 30 units of blood, achieving the programme’s target.
Beyond the numbers, the initiative demonstrated how employee participation can create meaningful community impact through a simple collective action.
At OCS, employee engagement extends beyond the workplace. Initiatives such as the blood donation campaign create opportunities for our people to participate in programmes that contribute positively to the communities around us.
“Community impact often begins with individual participation. We thank every employee who volunteered and contributed to the campaign.”
