We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Site HR professional to manage recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations at the Mithapur site.

This role will work closely with site operations teams, contractors, project management, and the HR Business Partner to ensure workforce readiness and seamless HR support for ongoing and future projects.

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will:

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Manage recruitment activities for painters, scaffolders, fitters, helpers, and other site-based manpower requirements.
  • Screen candidates for skills, availability, documentation, and site readiness.
  • Partner with site operations teams to understand workforce requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Maintain an adequate manpower pipeline and buffer workforce to support urgent and future project requirements.

  • Develop and implement workforce retention strategies to reduce attrition and maintain workforce stability.

HR Operations & Compliance

Employee Relations & Site Support

Welding & Fabrication

  • Perform Arc, TIG, MIG welding and gas cutting operations on pipelines, structural components, and mechanical equipment.
  • Carry out fabrication, fit-up, and welding of pipes, flanges, supports, and structural assemblies.
  • Execute repair welding on pumps, valves, compressors, and piping systems to restore equipment to operational condition.
  • Prepare materials and surfaces for welding through grinding, beveling, cleaning, and edge preparation.
  • Perform gouging, cutting, and removal of defective welds followed by re-welding as required.

Quality & Technical Execution

What You Will Do

Operations & Process Management

  • Lead operations and commissioning activities in oil & gas process installations
  • Supervise well fluid handling, separation systems, crude oil and hydrocarbon gas handling systems, and produced water handling systems
  • Oversee operations of unmanned wellhead platforms and associated production facilities
  • Ensure safe installation, commissioning, and testing of wellhead equipment and systems
  • Monitor process parameters, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions

Wellhead & Safety Systems Oversight

  • Oversee operation and maintenance of Wellhead Shutdown Panels and control systems
  • Ensure compliance and functionality of ESD/FSD systems and Safety Critical Elements (SCE)
  • Supervise XSDV, XBDV, SCSSV, SSV, and SSIV systems
  • Lead plant start-up, shutdown, and revival activities
  • Ensure routine inspection of wellhead, fire, and safety equipment

Production & Optimization

  • Drive production optimization initiatives
  • Oversee chemical injection, well monitoring, maintenance, testing, and sampling
  • Support rig-less operations and performance improvement programs

HSE & Compliance

  • Lead Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSR) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for critical activities
  • Ensure emergency preparedness and effective hazard control within area of responsibility
  • Maintain strict adherence to offshore HSE standards and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure accurate operational reporting and documentation

What We Are Looking For

  • Including minimum 2 years of wellhead operations experience
  • OR
  • Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / Petroleum discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas Processing Industry
  • Including minimum 5 years of wellhead operations experience

Preferred Certifications

  • NEBOSH certification (Process Safety Management module preferred)
  • IWCF Well Control certification will be an added advantage
