As part of the Maintenance & Asset Management team, the Maintenance Planner plays a key role in ensuring structured planning, efficient execution, and continuous improvement of maintenance activities.

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will:

  • Develop short-term and long-term maintenance plans in coordination with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
  • Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure asset reliability and availability.
  • Prepare detailed work packs including manpower, tools, materials, permits, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with offshore teams to minimize production impact.

CMMS & Work Order Management

  • Manage the full work order lifecycle in CMMS (SAP / MAXIMO) from creation to closure.
  • Monitor maintenance backlog, identify critical/overdue work orders, and support prioritization.
  • Ensure accuracy in work order data, coding, and reporting.
  • Drive improvements in planning efficiency and CMMS utilization.

Shutdown & Campaign Planning

  • Support planning and coordination of shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance campaigns
  • Ensure readiness of resources, spares, vendors, and logistics.
  • Track progress and support reporting, rescheduling, and recovery planning.

CMMS Governance & Data Management

  • Maintain and enhance CMMS systems (SAP / MAXIMO).
  • Manage master data including equipment hierarchy, BOMs, and maintenance plans.
  • Ensure data quality, standardization, and audit readiness.
  • Support audits and compliance through accurate documentation.

Spares, Procurement & Logistics Coordination

  • Plan and forecast material and spares requirements aligned with maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams for timely availability.
  • Monitor critical spares and support inventory optimization.

Vendor & Resource Coordination

  • Coordinate mobilization of vendors, OEMs, and specialist service providers.
  • Ensure availability of manpower, tools, and equipment.
  • Track vendor performance and support continuous improvement.

Reporting, KPIs & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare dashboards and reports on maintenance KPIs (backlog, schedule compliance, MTBF, MTTR, availability).
  • Analyze performance trends and drive data-driven improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement in maintenance planning processes.

HSEQ & Compliance

  • Ensure all activities comply with HSEQ standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support risk assessments, JSA, and permit-to-work planning.
  • Participate in audits and assurance activities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • 7–10 years of experience in offshore Oil & Gas operations.
  • Strong exposure to FPSO/FPU maintenance planning and operations will be preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CMMS systems (SAP / MAXIMO).
  • Strong understanding of maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, RCM).
  • Knowledge of offshore systems and operational constraints.

As a Senior Document Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring that critical technical documentation is accurate, accessible, and properly managed throughout commissioning and operations of an FPSO asset.

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and control technical documentation in line with contractual requirements for FPSO operations.
  • Handle documentation received from internal teams, suppliers, partners, and clients.

  • Administer and support users of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) (SAP or equivalent).

What You Will Do

Operations & Process Management

  • Lead operations and commissioning activities in oil & gas process installations
  • Supervise well fluid handling, separation systems, crude oil and hydrocarbon gas handling systems, and produced water handling systems

What You Will Do

Operations & Process Management

  • Perform operations and commissioning activities in oil & gas process installations
  • Operate well fluid handling, separation systems, crude oil and hydrocarbon gas handling systems, and produced water handling systems
  • Operate unmanned wellhead platforms and associated production facilities
  • Conduct field installation, commissioning, and testing of wellhead equipment and systems

HSE & Compliance

What You Will Do

  • Lead quality assurance activities across O&M operations and shore bases, ensuring compliance with contract, client, and ISO requirements
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Contract Quality Management Systems (CQMS) and Contract Quality Plans (CQP)
  • Plan and execute audit programs, including internal, supplier, and second party audits, and support client and certification audits
  • Manage Nonconformance Reports (NCRs)—from investigation and root cause analysis to corrective and preventive actions
  • Provide vendor and supply chain quality oversight, including supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and improvement plans
  • Support inspection and verification activities, including ITPs, welding, NDT, coating, and inspection documentation review
  • Advise cross functional teams (engineering, operations, projects, supply chain) on quality governance and best practices
  • Champion continuous improvement, quality KPIs, and management reporting
  • Promote quality culture and awareness, delivering training, mentoring teams, and driving lessons learned programs
  • Champion nationalization and capability development where applicable

What We Are Looking For

  • 10–15 years of experience in commercial or contract management in oil & gas, EPC, or FPSO environments.
  • Minimum 10 years’ offshore O&M asset experience (FPSO/FPU experience strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Quality Management (Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • IRCA certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 mandatory)
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO/TS 29001, audit systems, NCR/CAPA, and quality governance
  • Experience working across multinational, multicultural offshore teams
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence, mentor, and lead without authority
  • Detail oriented, resilient, and comfortable operating in high-pressure, audit driven environments

What You Will Do

this role, you will:

  • Deliver safe, compliant piping design solutions for brownfield projects and asset modifications.
  • Demonstrate visible commitment to HSSE policies and support operational safety leadership.
  • Provide piping discipline input to asset integrity, plant modifications, and maintenance activities.
  • Act as Barrier Owner for Safety-Critical Elements (SCEs), ensuring performance monitoring and third-party verification.
  • Provide input to and participate in HAZIDs, HAZOPs, and other safety-related engineering reviews.
  • Support incident investigations and root cause analyses from a piping perspective.
  • Travel offshore as per assigned rotation and respond to operational support requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, scopes of work, and engineering reports.
  • Monitor progress of design deliverables to ensure timely, quality-driven results.
  • Contribute to technical evaluations during procurement, including vendor pre-qualifications.
  • Support handover readiness, commissioning, and operational assurance activities.
  • Provide engineering input for bidding on new assets or projects.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 12–15 years of piping design and layout experience in offshore oil & gas facilities (FPSO experience preferred).
  • Proven background in a design environment; operating company experience is an advantage
  • Proactive, structured, and independent approach to engineering tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
  • Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel offshore and work flexible hours as business needs require.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Offshore piping systems, layouts, and tie-ins to process equipment.
  • International piping design codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.)
  • Engineering tools: PDMS, PDS, Caesar II, AutoPIPE, and FEA tools.
  • Pipe stress analysis and pipe support engineering
  • Maintenance and repair methodologies for piping systems.
  • Design, inspection, and repair of static equipment and pressure vessels (preferred).
  • Functional assurance, SCE elements, and barrier performance management.
  • Industry best practices and engineering interfaces across disciplines.
