Solution Provided by OCS: Despite delays in the award of the pre-services and O&M contract and challenges in mobilizing personnel due to COVID restrictions, OCS took proactive measures to ensure the readiness of the O&M team and address issues related to the FPSO's EPC phase.

Familiarization and Training::
• OCS coordinated with regulatory authorities to deploy all O&M personnel to the yard at least two months before the FPSO's sailaway.
• Personnel were divided into groups, and comprehensive on-the-job training (OJT) was conducted in batches by OEM representatives.
• Structured sharing sessions among groups ensured that all personnel were familiarized with the FPSO modules and had technical    understanding before its arrival at the designated location.

Identification of EPC Phase Issues::<
• Fifteen technical personnel covering all disciplines were deployed onboard the FPSO during its sailing from the yard to the designated   location.
• Utilizing the 17-day sailing time, the team conducted module-wise checks of the entire FPSO to identify any issues related to the EPC   phase.
• OCS submitted a detailed visual observation report to the client within the required timelines, addressing identified issues effectively.
